Refund policy
At The Final Workout, operated by The Final Workout LLC, we sell digital products, including animal training eBooks, pet training guides, and downloadable educational content.
Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Digital Products
No physical item is shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to a digital product through email, download link, order confirmation page, or another online delivery method.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are not usually provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Not reading the product description.
- Expecting a physical product.
- Personal dislike of the methods, format, or content.
- Device or software incompatibility.
- Failure to check whether the program matches your animal’s species, breed, age, temperament, or training needs.
Exceptions
We may review a refund request if:
- You were charged twice by mistake.
- You did not receive access due to a technical issue.
- The file is defective and we cannot replace it.
- You received the wrong product.
- There is clear evidence of an unauthorized transaction.
To request help, contact us at contact@thefinalworkout.com with your name, order email, order number if available, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method when possible.
